This may be the best down island view from St John. Coral Bay harbor nestles at your feet. Look up to see the pristine waters of Hurricane Hole and the Virgin Islands Coral Reef National Monument. Looking north, there is Sandy Key and the rolling Atlantic Ocean. Looking east, you see Sir Francis Drake Channel, framed by Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Ginger, Cooper, Peter and Norman Islands. To the south, past Flannagan Island, lies the tranquil Caribbean Sea.

You enter the delightful great room, finished in tropical hardwoods, Italian tile and Brazilian granite. It features a gourmet kitchen and beautifully appointed living areas. Step out to the picturesque covered deck to take in the panoramic view and cooling breeze. Also on this level is one air conditioned bedroom with insuite bath. Walk down to the lower level for a private entrance to the second air conditioned bedroom with private bath. Exteriors are stucco and native St. John stone. Interiors were professionally designed and finished by master craftsmen.

Cottage Lunazul is the sister to Villa Lunazul. Both these units are totally separate and private, although they do share the same large driveway. The main difference is Villa Lunazul also has a beautiful pool! If your party would like, please inquire about the availability of renting both, which would accommodate up to 8 people in total!

Lunazul is fully solar, so no need to worry about power outages on the island. Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and outdoor grill. We also provide a clothes washer/dryer for your convenience. Also included are beach supplies such as chairs, floats, and a cooler.
